William COOK

Wm. H. (Bill) Cook passed away on October 31, 2022 in Ladysmith, British Columbia.  He was born on June 30, 1932 to Ambrose & Cora Cook in Barkway, Muskoka District, Ontario, one of eleven children.  Bill moved to Qualicum Beach, B.C. from Thunder Bay, Ontario in 1977.  He is survived by his daughter, Deborah Cook Phillips (Mel) & grandsons, Mark & Michael Phillips of Gravenhurst, Ontario; his son, Wm. E. (Bill) Cook (Mary) of Duncan, B.C.; his grandson, Chad Cook (Jennifer Yon) of Nanaimo, B.C.; his son, Roy Polkki (Cheryl) & their children, Ariel, Alaina, Jaana, Evan & Jared of Thunder Bay.  He was predeceased by his son, Randall D. (Randy) Cook of Parksville, B.C. in 1999.  Cremation has taken place.   Bill will be laid to rest in Mickle Memorial Cemetery in Gravenhurst, Ontario at a later date.
