Ruby "Patricia" (Pettigrew) SHIELDS

Shields, Ruby Patricia (Pat).

Pat passed away suddenly April 6, 2018 at home.  She was born October 31, 1933 in Biggar, Saskatchewan to Ruby and Irvine Pettigrew.

She was the middle of 13 children, 9 sisters and 3 brothers.

Predeceased by her father and mother, sisters Irva, Melva, Audrey and Helen ,brother Bob, and her eldest son, Jim.

Lovingly remembered by her loyal husband, Leo, son Dale, daughter Vickey(Howard), daughter-in-law Leah, and grandsons, Derrick, Nick, Luke and Ryland, and her many remaining family and friends.

She moved to Vancouver Island, living in various communities, but her fondest memories were in Victoria where she was involved in many sports, raised her family, and was surrounded by many family and friends.

A celebration of her life will be held June 2, 2018 at 2 pm, at McCall Gardens, 4665 Falaise Drive, Victoria, BC.
