Ross William RIDDY

In loving memory ~
Passed with the love of Laura and the family surrounding him at their home in Nanaimo. Left to mourn are his parents Alexander and Sylvia Riddy of Yorkton, Saskatchewan, Aunty Shiela Vickers of Bredenbury, Saskatchewan, Sister Valarie (Keith) Ruf of Rhein, Saskatchewan, Sister Sharon (Neil) of Fraser Lake, B.C., Sister-in-law Ruth Duffin who will miss woodworking alongside Ross, Brother-in-law Robert Judge and Sister-in-law Linda Duffin of Campbell River, thanks for all the years in the garage and on the deck with old Mustangs, car shows and having a cold one. Mike and Michelle Saine of Nanaimo, for their love, had been buddies since Ross came to the Island at the young age of 17. His wonderful kids Quailla (Mike), Stacey (Ollie), Kristopher Irbe-Riddy, as well as their Mom, Barb. As it was, Laura and Ross had the best last 2 summers thanks to Sunseeker BNB, Brother-in-law Adam Sweeney, and Quatsino Lodge for tuna, salmon and halibut fishing. Ross enjoyed his motorcycle, ’67 Mustang, just being in the wonderful garden he and Laura created. Ross leaves behind his beloved dog, Frank. Nieces Alex, Hannah, and Ali. Nephews Ledyn, Evan, and Riley. Neighbours, who Ross joined for many projects, Jordan (Hillary), Dan (Jana), and Jarrett (Keily). Thanks to Gillian for her never waning support of Our Ross. He was my common sense, so cool and had swagger. We will miss what you have done for every one of us. Babe, see ya in the morning…and if not, on the other side.
