Kim Martyn March 19,1955 - March 19,2019
Kim passed away peacefully at home with his family at his side. Born in Ladysmith on March 19,1955, he lived there for 32 years.. He lived in Port McNeill for 2 years, then Duncan for 30 years where he taught his girls to be the best farmers they could be and to love animals as much as he did. At 16 he was working in a logging camp and worked hard to become a faller. He became a meat cutter and put his heart and soul into his own meat shop and was proud of everything he made for his faithful customers. He
leaves behind his wife Linda of 42 years, daughters Carla and Amy and his grandson and light of his life Dallas. Brother Rob (Faye), nephews Ryan(Erin), and Curtis. In-laws Anne, Cathy, Bob, Wendy, Jeff, Jackie and so many wonderful friends and all the young people who looked up to him. He was a generous, kind, and devoted man who will be missed by all. At his request there will be no service.
