After a courageous fight with cancer, Ed peacefully passed away on December 8, 2018. He has been reunited with his fishing buddies, dad and gramps. I can hear the fishing stories now. He is survived by his sister Teresa (Steve), son Albert (Lisa), daughter Coral and stepchildren Lyle, Tana (cory) and Robbie and his best friend Michele along with many other family and friends. Ed was predeceased by his father Al Howe in 1987 and mother Carole Howe in 2002.
There will be a celebration of life on January 6, 2019 starting at 1:00pm at his son Alberts home, 831 Holly hill Road, Nanaimo. In lieu of flowers, a donation to NRGH Palliative Care can be made in Ed’s name.
