Jack passed away peacefully Sept 27, 2022 at Trillium Lodge in Parksville BC at the age of 88.
He was predeceased by parents Ross and Luella McCallum and his brother Gerald.
Jack is survived by his wife Frances (nee Squire), his daughters Denine (Gord), Karla (Mark)
as well as two Grandchildren and two Great Grandchildren.
Jack was born in Shaunavon Saskatchewan and worked most of his life as a Food Broker.
He married Frances in 1956 and started a family while living in Moose Jaw, soon after settled in Regina. Jack and Fran moved between Saskatchewan and BC for many years, finding retirement on Vancouver Island.
Jack was a passionate outdoors man and enjoyed hunting upland game birds in Southern Saskatchewan and was involved with the annual pheasant release program in Weyburn.
He also enjoyed playing golf, woodworking and travelling far and wide with Fran in their motorhome. “Life is Good!”
There will be no service. Donations can be made to the Saskatchewan Wildlife Federation.
