b. 20 August 1946 – 26 February 2026
It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of our Dad & Papa. Ian passed away peacefully at NRGH with his Loving Family by his side.
Pre-deceased by his wife Leanne, parents Alan & Margueritte McDonald, sister Heather & step-son Scott Tweedie.
Ian was born, raised & lived in Ladysmith his entire life & enjoyed the outdoors, Camping & fishing at the Gap & hunting on Vancouver Island. He leaves to mourn his passing, his sister Lonnie Schwabe, his Son Bradley McDonald (Eden), Step-children Mark and Kim and step-grand daughter Courteney, 2 Grandchildren Braelei (Kunle) & Teigan (Jenna), 4 Grt.grandchildren Jade, Jordyn, Aurora & Porlier. & many nieces, nephews & life long friends.
We would like to thank the staff at NRGH, 4th Floor for their kindness.
At Ians request there is no Memorial Service
