January 2nd 1943 -June 24th 2018
It is with sadness I announce the death of my husband Dave on Sunday June 24th in the palliative care unit at Nanaimo hospital after a reoccurrence of lymphoma.
Dave practised law for many years until his retirement in 2008.
He had many hobbies and interests over his lifetime. Cooking began in his youth "if you can read you can cook" he told his mother at a very early age.
We experienced many exciting times skiing,sailing and motorcycling. Winters were often spent somewhere in Mexico on a beach. He entertained the neighbours when he took up learning with lots of practising the saxophone and then the guitar.
Two and a half years ago we moved to Qualicum Beach from White Rock where we both settled in quickly enjoying the peace and tranquility of island life.
