It is with profound sadness that we announce the death of Brian James Clark on January 14th 2025. Brian was born on April 7, 1950, raised in Isabella Manitoba, and then moved to Vancouver Island in the early seventies. Right from the start, Brian stood out from the crowd. He was generous, thoughtful, kind, humorous, honest, and mischievous, all at the same time. He eventually moved to the Yukon where he was the manager of the Whitehorse airport for many years. The winters paid their toll and he once again returned to Vancouver Island, making Nanaimo his home. Brian’s love of the outdoors reflected in his many hobbies. He was a jack of all trades and an expert at most of them. He would drop everything to lend a helping hand to others. Brian especially loved sport fishing, becoming quite the master. Brian also had a lifelong passion for Harley-Davidson motorcycles.
He will be missed deeply by his sister Julie, brother Don, extended family and special friend Liz. The world was a better place with him in it.
May he rest in peace.
