(BEVY)
August 30, 1966 to November 26, 2023
It is with great sorrow to inform you of Bev’s passing on November 26th ,2023 at the Nanaimo Regional General Hospital she was surrounded by her family.
She is survived by her loving partner James (Jim) Dawes and her grandmother Glory Coutu and her fathers Gerald Coutu and Robert Quesnel (Beth) her sister Jo-Anne Graham and nephew Raymond Graham. Bev was raised in Nanaimo by Shannon and Gerry with her sister Jo-Anne. She had other siblings who were raised by Bob and Beth. Her sisters Laurie and Amy and brothers Ron (Todd) and Patrick. She had numerous Aunts, Uncles, cousins, nieces, and nephews, brothers-in-law, and sisters-in-law.
She was predeceased by her Mother, Shannon Coutu and her Grandparents (Edmond, Benjamin, Sheila, Louie, George, Eva,) Aunts (Grace, Jeannette, Joan, Lois, Debbie) and Uncles (Bob, Martin, Alan).
Bev enjoyed her time doing day trips with Jim and her fur baby Sheba. They would travel up and down the island and have great adventures. She loved going to Long Beach in Tofino. She couldn’t wait until spring to start talking about first camping trips and what we needed to bring when we should start planning for Sunfest Country Music Festival. She had such a great time playing games and cooking meals and hanging out with family and friends. She will be missed deeply by everyone that she knew and met. She was a special person, she treated you like family once you knew her and she loved everyone. May she rest in peace with her mother. We will have a Celebration of Life for her at a later date.
