February 24th, 1974 - May 17th, 2019

Our beloved Aurora is at peace after a long, epically courageous battle with degenerative illness.  Her relentless optimism was an inspiration to us all. She was a gifted singer, songwriter, actor, writer, artist, homemaker and gardener.  She was a true diva and could light up any room or hall like her sun goddess namesake. Her magnanimous nature, warmth and creativity will be missed by us all.  Aurora was born in Victoria, BC, and also lived in Knight Inlet, Courtenay, Dawson Creek and Duncan. She is survived by her mom Laura, daughter Camellia, sister Cyrene, nephews and many friends.  She was predeceased by her father Keith (Jane) in 2010.
